Ava and Leah Clements, the 9-year-old sisters often called the “world’s most beautiful twins” by media outlets, are now using their Instagram platform for a greater purpose—helping save their father’s life. In 2017, a family friend suggested starting an Instagram account for the girls. 

Not long after their mother Jaqi shared the first few photos, the account quickly gained tens of thousands of followers. Since that very first post, their journey has evolved significantly.
