Easing Into It
Since the girls were still very young, Jaqi wanted to proceed carefully. She was cautious about them wearing heavy makeup or constantly dressing in flashy designer clothes, fearing it could negatively affect their growth.

From the beginning, she made sure to stay in control, doing things her way—with love and a mother’s instinct. “I dug out my old 10-year-old Nikon camera from the garage, styled their hair with gentle waves, added a touch of blush, and we headed out to take some photos,” she recalls.
