Tropical Islands Resort, the largest indoor water park globally, is situated in Krausnick, Germany. The structure, initially built as a zeppelin hangar, was never used for its intended purpose. Eventually, a Malaysian company acquired the site and transformed it into the remarkable attraction it is today. The park boasts a rainforest, sandy beach, artificial sunlight, palm trees, and numerous pools. The most expansive of these is the 140-meter-long ‘Tropical Sea,’ spanning 4,400 square meters and designed to resemble the tropical waters of Coral Island.
